BridgeYO exists for one reason: to make sure a young person in Ontario never has to navigate a maze alone just to get the support they already deserve.
Our Mission
To bring mental health support, housing, and employment opportunities together in one trusted place, so no young person in Ontario has to navigate it alone. We work alongside government bodies, schools, and community partners to secure a future where help is simple to find, and where the voices of youth are heard and acted on.

I moved to Canada without the map most people take for granted. With little family here, I learned firsthand how exhausting it is to piece together support from fragments: late-night searches, dead ends, and services that assumed I already knew the system.
That experience stayed with me as I majored in Political Science at York University. I created BridgeYO to make sure youth know they're not alone. I live with generalized anxiety disorder and dyslexia, so I know what it's like to feel too overwhelmed to even start looking for help. That's why I built the tool I wished I had: something warm, simple to use, and honest, that doesn't ask you to already know what you need before you can get it.
That isn't abstract for me. I've worked with elders in senior care, spent months helping students with disabilities, and shown up for my community in whatever way I could. I know firsthand the challenges that come with disability, race, and being the one who has to figure it all out. So BridgeYO has to work for the people who get left out, not just the ones who already know the system.
I'm also looking to collaborate with outside partners and anyone willing to engage with and amplify the voices of youth.
