9-8-8 Suicide Crisis Helpline
If you are thinking about suicide, or worried about someone who is, call or text 9-8-8. It is free, confidential, and available across Canada, day and night. You will talk to a trained responder who listens without judgment.
Covenant House Toronto
The largest agency in Canada serving youth who are homeless, trafficked, or at risk, with a 96-bed shelter open to youth 16 to 24, including crisis beds for young women who have experienced trafficking or exploitation. They offer housing, counselling, and a fresh start.
Food Banks Mississauga
Food Banks Mississauga feeds thousands of neighbours in need each month through a network of neighbourhood food banks and pantries across Mississauga, working to ensure no one in our city goes hungry. Find food near you, you will be welcomed with dignity.
